Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Spice kits and food products must be unopened and undamaged
• Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed

How to return

Email us at hello@jamaicanpatties.shop with your order reference and reason for return. We will respond within 2 working days with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. All orders are fulfilled from our Wembley address.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days): £3.99
• Express delivery (1 to 2 working days): £7.99
• Free standard delivery on all orders over £35

International delivery

• Europe: 5 to 10 working days from £8.99
• USA and Canada: 7 to 14 working days from £12.99
• Caribbean including Jamaica: 7 to 14 working days from £11.99
• Australia: 10 to 18 working days from £14.99

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 working days. Spice kits are blended to order and may require up to 3 working days before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you upon dispatch. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs and duties

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
